Sunshine law questions raised in Benton County drinking-laws vote

TCOG Executive Director Frank Gibson was quoted in a story by The Camden Chronicle on how the vote went down: “Anytime you have official action taken by a public body without there being any public discussion of the issue, then the public has every reason to suspect that the sunshine law was not followed.”
